This is a really good Jerky Gun compared to others on the market. I got this one to help knock out some deer jerky and it held up great! My old jerky gun broke last year after about five years of usage so when I found this one I figured I would give it a try. It seems to be made just as well as my old one was, if not better. If you have ever owned a jerky gun you will know that there is a lot of cleaning that goes into one when you are finished. This one is no different. They do include some different brushes that help and that is nice. I will mention that there is an area by the squeezing mechanism that has a cover over it. You will want to remove that cover and clean that area out as well. It is kind of hidden so meat could get stuck in there and rot if not careful. Overall, I’m pretty satisfied with this jerky gun!
